What a weather ride it has been this past week !! When I last posted, my property was covered with ice and snow. Then later in the week, Four days later to be exact, we tied the all time record high temp for March 5th with a high of 82 degrees. Now, tonight we have strong T- storms in the forcast. And if that isn't enough, by Wednesday of this week the high is supposted to be only 42. Anyone remember the old TV ads for Parkay margarine "Somebody tried to fool Mother Nature"?? Well, SOMEBODY needs to leave old Mother Nature alone !!
I'm sitting here banging away on the keyboard thinking I have about an hour more before I need to call it a day, and the lady on the late news on channel 12 just reminded me that I need to turn my clock ahead 1 hr tonight. Who ever came up with this asinine idea of moving the clock back and forth thinking they were saving time MUST have been a Democrat. Why not ? They have messed up everything else in our country.
Well, enough of that. This started out to be a light-hearted, friendly post and I need to stay away from politics. Hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend.

Hi Don,
Yes the weather has been quite a wild ride. I am glad on one thing though, we are at the time of year when, if we do get snow, it does not stay around very long, maybe a day or two at most. I still don't like snow and cold but at least we know it is not long lived.
I'm watching the KC news right now and it looks like they still have severe thunderstorms rolling through down there. But it is just starting to break dawn and I can see it is partly clear here this morning.
I will call you later today, before you go to work, but I want to tell you Thank You for the things you sent up with Linda. It all means very much to us, but I'll talk more about that on the phone. I'll call you sometime after church, you have a great day and take care.
Bill
