Well here we are at Poverty Flats out taking care of the big babies in the pasture. Those horses just want LOTS of attention and love. They manage to get it too. They have been talking to me while I fed them this evening. Well Tx. B-B-Q and Beans is getting ready to do another day tomorrow. This is just a one day festival and not near the large money maker the last ones have been but still lots of fun and profitable none the less. The truck will leave at 5:00 in the morning to get there and fire up the smoker so things will be ready and hot for all the hungry folks. Am I going with the truck at that ungodly hour of the morning?? NO I am not. But will go a little later when the Pit Master really needs help. I really enjoy the smaller ones best cause that gives us a chance to talk to people and get to know more about the area. Well guess must go and help with dinner will post and let you know how things went tomorrow. God Bless all of you, from us at Poverty Flats.

I don't blame you for not wanting to leave at 5:00am, I wouldn't want to either. There really wouldn't be much for you to do for awhile anyway. But at least you will be there to help when it is needed the most. Have fun and I hope the day goes good for you. Love you,
